How to Clear Cache for a Specific Website


Steps to Clear Cache for a particular URL

By following these steps, you can clear the cache for a specific website in Google Chrome.

  1. Launch Google Chrome and go to the website for which you want to clear the cache.
  2. Locate the padlock icon or the “Not secure” label positioned in the address bar on the left side of the URL.
  3. Click on the padlock icon or “Not secure” label to open a pop-up window.
  4. Within the pop-up window, find and select the “Cookies” or “Site settings” link. This action will open the site-specific settings.
  5. Scroll down until you locate the “Clear data” or “Clear storage” option, then click on it.
  6. In the options that appear, make sure to check the box next to “Cached images and files”.
  7. Finally, click on the “Clear” button to clear the cache for the selected website.
